short shorts

I cant wait to be able to wear different colors and style shorts but this weather is changing all the time and i never know if i need my raincoat or shorts. 

also i found a new hair color that i WILL be changing my hair probably sometime next week :) i just got to find the salon here that i trust ha

fashion organization

the pass few week i have just been getting so frustrated with closet space. I need it to function better so i can get to things easier i guess thats the reason its been getting messy i mean i do clean up after myself, i think i just need better storage to put things in for an example my shoes, handbags and jewelry but also at the same time be cute. 

 What i have ...  

i need to go through all my jewelry handbags and shoes and see what i actually use and don't, most of my stuff is very old and iv just had forever.

i just think that its so organized but also so cute. i really hope my dad will build me something for my shoes like that...  :)

to change or not to change

If i wasn't just in love with bridal wear and weddings them self then i would so become an interior designer. im always redoing my room and adding and taking away things here or there. I just love change and new things. I found these amazing rooms that i would love to be my room or just have the nicknacks. 

 a bedside table and a desk i think so. it very simple and modern. 

 i have always wanted a big mirror like this, i will own one, one day!

can you say any girls dream!! i just have bends of shoes... which i did count because my father and i had a discussion about how many shoes i own.. and it was 58. which isn't terrible when you count winter and summer. 

                    simple in the bathroom is best!       love the light colors and little details in this room. 

i cant wait to own my own home and decorate it. because iv been moving apartment to apartment and next year ill be moving in to a house with two other girls its just not the same as moving into my own home and decorating it however i please. 

I just cant decided wether or not i want to change my whole room decor for next year.  ?!?? 

guess ill have some time to think about it :)

a princess and country wedding!

I remember when this wedding was the big  hype that was going around all over my lake, Lake Oconee in Greensboro, GA. I must say my family almost had a wedding here too. My sister was getting married around the same time and we looked at this place but decided on the FOX theater in downtown Atlanta.
but the big princess and country wedding was ..

the colors of her wedding are my favorite its that little pink just to have that little girly touch. 

and the little details that are all throughout her wedding reception that make it special and their own. 

i cant wait to have my own wedding. They just look so in love and happy :)

spring changes

Im so happy the cold weather is finally over with but i must say i wish the pollen would go away. if ya know me.. you know i get the worse allergies that anyone can have but im just taking my meds and trying to get through this week. Im so glad tomorrow is FRIDAY and im going out on the boat with my man tomorrow afternoon. 

Also  there has been a lot of things going on in my life this pass week that will change my future. I have finally figured out the rest of my college classes that i need to take to graduate Dec 2012. yes i know thats a semester later than when i probably should graduate but i want to be able to have this amazing internship the semester before i graduate in hope for a job offer right after. Our fashion retailing program here at the university of alabama is just amazing. I hope and pray that fall of 2012 i will get to go to new york city and intern with Kleinfeld! or in Birmingham with Kathy G. (with is more of an event planning internship!) or even in Atlanta at Bridal by Lori  Im just so excited about my future here as a college student and what may come after this year and a half go by. 

 

Another thing that i might be changing in my life is my hair... i know iv pretty much have been every shade and color besides a red head but sometimes ya just need a little change. for a little bit at least. heres a picture i found that im in love with but most of all im in love with her hair color. 

ill keep you up to date on my hair and what i decide to do ..

life is too short to be anything but happy

Well this pass week i must say was an adventure, it had its ups and downs though out there in vail, Colorado on the slopes. One thing that iv learned is never just go skiing with people that are much better than you or ya end up just skiing alone some of the time on the same slopes you have done a million times. Although it was still a good trip not sure if ill be going back anytime soon unless its with a bigger group. One thing though that was so crazy to me was how much snow was still on the ground even when it was still so hot.

Another things while i was on this trip is i learned more about myself and what i truly want to life and to make sure i have no regrets. I just hope i can get there and look back on my life at this age and say that i wouldn't change a thing.
Even like this amazing trip i was able to go on, I wish i could say that I wouldn't change a thing but i cant say that. I need to take more time and look at all the different opportunities that iv had and be glad because i have been so blessed to be able to go on trips like these. And this was only my spring break and i went to vail colorado unlike most people that just going to the beaches in Florida.

Even when things aren't going as planned in life sometime all it takes is a step back and look at what you do have in your life and be glad you have what you have now.

its her day.

i am in love with weddings. From the grooms flower to center pieces on the tables. i just haven't decided if i want to be a wedding planner or just own my own bridal boutique. Here are some of the images i found that i'm in LOVE with. 

the idea of the tree & everyones place cards hanging down is just gorgeous to me.

The loves of my life

Western Highland Terriers

I just cant stop thinking about these little dogs, i have loved them ever since i moved to our house back home in Conyers when i was just 6 year old. Its all because my neighbors at the time had two of them. 

I think they are so cute & would be the best dogs ever.

Hopefully one day i will own one and call him Carlie! :)

A trip of a lifetime

Today i started out with a lovely phone call at 6:30 from my guy :) ... now that im up i might as well get a few things done before a full day of classes.

Also only 1 week from today ill be going to VAIL, Colorado for spring break!

I cant be more excited! i got some really cute new ski pants that are black and white from north face. I cant believe im really getting to go out there. Its the only place left in the United States that i haven't been to that i want to go.
